We except the 4 major credit cards; Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept checks, but this must be coordinated with our sales team at 888-536-0002 to process the order.
All orders are processed once they are paid in full.
Custom wainscoting panels will not be refunded. Standard Moldings can be returned. Please call to discuss and coordinate. If standard items such as modlings are returned in good conditions we will provide a 90% refund. Shipping charges are not refunded.

We stand behind our workmanship and will make sure orders are accurately filled and delivered. We will replace any shipping damage in a timely manner. Defects caused by improper storage, improper installation or improper finishing will not be covered by this warranty.

You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and Federal courts of New Haven County, Connecticut.
